After a year of lockdown and closure of venues, the Andromeda Electric Orchestra is finally making its move to perform on the concert stage.  The orchestra was formed in 2019 and received 501(c)(3) in May, 2020.  During the lockdown the orchestra started to build performing at curbside performances.  We are now ready to serve the community with a unique sound of electric orchestral instruments at the historic Madrid Theatre.  This concert however will take a lot of funds in order for the production to happen.  Here is a list of a few major areas the funds will go to.

* Rental of the venue
* Hiring of venue staff
* Payment to the musicians for their service
* Liability Insurance for concerts
* Marketing
* Royalty rights for performance of music

You as a business can support the orchestra and sponsor this concert with your tax deductible donation.  As a sponsor you will have benefits.  Here is a list of benefits.

* New clients and customers
* Advertisement in the program and on the website (with a direct link to your business)
* Signage or posters (supplied by the company) in the lobby of the venue (We will also be happy to have any of your brochures in the lobby)
* Future partnerships with the Andromeda Electric Orchestra

For further information  please feel free to contact us at Info@AndromedaEO.org or call (818) 561-5845

Sponsorship donation: $500- $5000
